We do same day shipping and our orders generally take 3 days max. to be delivered. For express or overnight delivery, please contact our customer service team on 1300 81 30 40

We deliver Australia and New Zealand wide, but if you are interested in any of our products and you are not in any of these two locations, feel free to contact us to arrange shipping.

• Delivery days:                   We deliver Monday - Friday
• Order cut-off time:           The latest time for an order to be placed for delivery is 2PM AEST.
• Minimum order:                There is no minimum order quantity or dollar value, unless product is packed in certain quantities.
• Delivery charge:                Each order is calculated in best way for efficiency fee.
• Free delivery threshold:  All orders are charged delivery fee
• Lead time:                           Brisbane - same or next working day
                                                 Sydney - next working day
                                                 Melbourne - 3 days
                                                 Canberra - 2-3 days
                                                 Cairns, Darwin, Perth & NZ - 1 week
• Same-day orders:             Ask! We will do our best
• Public holiday ordering:  Get in touch and we'll do everything we can to support your service schedule.
