The swan riser system is a unique piece, and with this kit there two melamine bowls included. Lightweight, shatterproof and dishwasher safe. You can also use ceramic bowls as well. You can put a shelf in the front here and put some smaller bowls and canapés items there. Also you can remove the bowls, and add an ice tray, and pop the cover on to protect food for COVID safety. (sold separately) It can be filled with ice and put on a surface like this and you can put different canapés like sushi, sashimi. It’s important to keep food safe, which gives your guests the confidence to dine at your venue.
